Chicken of the Sea Wild Caught Alaskan Pink Salmon, Traditional Style 14.75 oz

(Please like this review if you found it helpful:) There's not too much fat, and the bones are extremely soft, not even noticeable and very tender. I use this with some boiled eggs, dill, onion, avocado, celery seed, garlic powder, and smoked paprika, a touch of mustard, to make a VERY nice sandwich filling, or pasta-salad/salmon croquette (add a raw egg for binder, and roll in panko for a croquette) I love it! But be warned, lol, if you have a cat, they will go bonkers for a taste, and pester you to no end until you give them a little treat! (Small treat for cats about the size of an SD card, no bigger!) Perfect pantry staple, could be simply mixed with some mayo, and the salmon water, to make a creamy wonderful dressing to go with pasta. Add a chopped green salad (as a side or mixed into the salmon mix) to that, and dinner is ready in 15 minutes!

this has the bones and skin in it, which provide omega 3 fatty acids and calcium, so much better than the skinless and boneless options. bones are very soft and edible, and tge skin is in small pieces, and other than the color, is barely noticeable.

If you can't afford fresh or frozen salmon, this could be for you. I use canned salmon to make salmon patties and they're great. Lots of recipes online. Try it . You'll like it.

We eat salmon fresh and canned. To us the canned Salmon is great for patties and other pate type of foods. It comes out clean and looks and tastes good for a canned fish! We keep them on hand for quick meals.

I really like this brand better than others. Less bone, more tasteful and actually more salmon in can. Coos up great if you got good recipe. I highly recommend this brand.
