Cuisinart - Preferred Pan 4-Pc Set - Crème de la Crème

I bought this on a whim because I don't currently have any non-stick cookware --- all stainless or cast iron. I've read so much hype about the benefits ceramic non-stick I thought I'd give it a try. I trust the Cuisinart brand and found the Preferred Pan 4-Pc Set for a reasonable price. I have certainly not been disappointed. Even heating, truly non-stick and cleanup couldn't be easier. It's fast becoming my go-to pan in the kitchen. The pan, strainer, lid, spatula combination is a great and versatile way to try the product for a number of uses. It has outperformed my expectations. I higly recommend this product!

This was an impulse purchase but so well worth the price. The pan is very balanced and versatile. It has the ability to be almost everything to everyone. In other words it gives you options. Love to cook and enjoy using pots and pans that are made from quality stock.

I'd give the Preferred Pan set 10 stars if I could! We use it so much we keep this beautiful pan on the stove, ready to go! It's great for breakfast eggs and the spatters stay in the pan when cooking bacon. It's great for steamed eggs or veggies and for popcorn you can see in the pan with the glass lid. It's handy to have a spatula right in the lid and its non-stick surface is a dream to clean. I'm getting another set for our RV, where everything has to serve more than one purpose!

I got this pan because of the steamer insert, and use it several times a week for my vegetables. But the pan itself is wonderful when I've used it for sautéed items and boiled.The lid is glass to keep a watch on what's cooking The handle on the pan doesn't get hot and the knob on the lid has a slot that will hold your utensil. It cleans like a dream. So many uses, who wouldn't want it?

Beautiful piece of cookware. Love the versatility of the pot. From steaming, searing yo baking in it.
