For a very affordable price each scoop is plenty for my shakes after a good work out. I don't have to worry about any discomfort in my body and it tastes like a chocolate dream! Definitely recommend and appreciate the work you all do!

I had to run out the door and it was so terrible since I didn't read the instructions. Since that incident I actually use less than recommended because it fills me up pretty quickly. The vanilla flavor is rich but super yummy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not a fan of this protein powder. I added it to my coffee and it was gross. It has a powdery texture. Also, it doesn't dissolve easily. It was clumpy in my coffee. I will try it with just milk next time and see how it is.
