Im so thankful for low cost dried beans. they hardly have little stones in them. the quality is what is expected.
I'm lucky. Keeping me healthy means eating beans %26 lentils. They are just about my favorite I make a big ole pot every other week.
Make sure you soak overnight,I did 8 hours and regretted it.
They are a great alternative to meat, a good source for high fiber, have a great taste and are a great value for your money.
