I don't blame the product for my 1 star review. I didn't even try it. It was supposed to be a gift, sent to another address than mine. I bought it, it shipped... to my home instead of my daughter's. I figured it must be user error on my part. I took the product to a local store. They wouldn't handle a re-ship on it, suggesting I return that one for a credit and then buy it again. So I did. I carefully entered the address again. Followed the screens and.... it shipped to me again. It's sitting next to my desk in its box as I haven't gotten around to returning it yet. It seems like it's probably a good product, which is why I bought it as a gift. I just wish the gift would get to its recipient.

OMG this is great! Our previous one died and i just bought what i though would be a quick tie over until i could find a good one.. This thing is more powerful than our older 500 one. the adjustable neck is awesome to help get spots and apply a bit more pressure. Will definitely get another one!

Husband injured his back, could barely walk and was getting ready to call doctor. Got this and within a day he was walking easier and feeling much better. Love you can adjust intensity levels and the arm angles for ease of use. Lighter weight makes it easy to use. Multiple heads included for different pain needs (heat, cool, neck, sore muscles, etc).

I didn't even intend to get this. It was a substitution for an online order and let me tell you the absolute best thing that has ever entered my home. I actually have a lot of back problems. Anytime I'm feeling sore. I just sit there for like five minutes with this thing and it's really easy to use on yourself. Does wondas !!!

This massage gun shown in the illustration and specifications on your website that it comes with seven attachments. I made sure by taking a picture of this one manufacturer %23 7610 recommended by my chiropractor to order the exact same one specifically for the "absorber" attachment as per her recommendation. It only has four and non are the absorber.
