bettergoods Pistachio Spread, 6.5 oz, 6 Servings

The first time I tried, this product was an Eastern Europe. The flavor was supreme and unbeatable. So when I came back home to the states, I was already an addict to this pistachio cream. It's what they use in the Dubai chocolates and chocolate bars. So I wanted to have the bang without the buck. I have tried three different creams already and this is the one. It it's the perfect creamy texture and sweet and salty of the pistachio and I am not looking any further. I will continue to purchase this one, especially for the price. It's also very convenient that you don't have to open up a huge jar when all you want is a spoonful of yumminess.

This is great butter, but I've only tried this kind so can't compare it to any other brand. Word of warning though, it is EXTREMELY SWEET. Almost sickeningly. It overpowered the pistachio taste almost entirely. Would be best adding to a dessert recipe or snack. It's much too sweet to eat much of off a spoon. Definitely will hit that sweet craving during that time of the month though haha!

This burned my throat after trying some on a spoon. I do NOT have any allergies, and enjoy pistachios often! After the burning and tingling on my tongue i was hit with an odd aftertaste. It was almost bitter/chemically. This is my first time purchasing, so i'm not sure if i got a bad jar like some others claim. My jar was a decent green, but super runny. Seal wasn't broken and it popped when i opened it. Honestly, it didn't have a strong pistachio flavor as all i could taste was the nasty bitter aftertaste. Will not be buying again.

My daughter loves making Dubai chocolate recipes so we were excited to see Walmart had this (I bought something more expensive off Amazon last time). I almost purchased the 3-pack but after reading the mixed reviews, I figured I would just get one. I was hopeful we got a “good batch.” Unfortunately, those hopes were dashed. If vomit came in a jar…this is it. Probably in the top 5 worst things I've ever put in my mouth. My kids and I sat there gagging, spitting out putrid green sludge mixed with chocolate and kataifi into the kitchen sink. I will never buy this again. Ever. We will also perform preliminary taste tests on pistachio butter in the future. We are scarred.

This item was rancid upon first opening it. It has been over a month since I purchased it but the date on the side of the jar indicates it to be sale worthy long after this date of opening. I do like the Better Goods line but this is not a good look for them I see this has been on the shelves since possibly May and not pulled, very suspicious.
