Rémy Martin Cognac, 750 ml 40% ABV

An unaged eau de vie de vin (clear distilled grape spirit) from the Cognac region, rather than a traditional aged cognac. It is pot distilled and ice-cold filtered, resulting in a clean and clear spirit that reveals fresh aromas of grape and pear with an exceptionally smooth and crisp finish. It is often suggested for use in cocktails.
