Thanks, Swisse for the free vitamins! I have a hard time taking vitamins because they make my stomach hurt, but these bites didn't cause that! They were tasty, though they have a bit of a gritty vitamin-y aftertaste (think the Flintstone vitamins from childhood). I love that they have more than just biotin for a multi-angle boost. The only downside I found was that the prebiotic fiber made me gassy, which is why I knocked a star off.

I took this product according to the recommendation, 2 gummies daily. It tasted like candy and did not have a strange after taste (as many gummy supplements do). I just didn't notice any difference in my skin, hair or nails. I used the entire which lasted about a month. Maybe with longer use one would have results, I just didn't notice any noticeable notice a difference.

I'm impressed with these bites. I'm not a fan of gummy vitamins usually due to the texture and flavors. However, these have a soft texture and the orange taste is pleasant (not overly sweet). After a few weeks, I've noticed my nails splitting less and my hair has more shine. Definitely worth it—I'll be repurchasing.

Got a free sample via BzzAgent to try. I love the idea of vitamins in gummy form, so I was very excited for this product. And who doesn't love biotin for a boost in nails, skin, and hair. But I really struggled eating these. The first bite you really get a whiff of the blood orange flavor but as you keep chewing it leaves an aftertaste that I did not love. The gummies are dense and easy to chew, but I did wish they were slightly more chewy without the aftertaste taste. A+ for zero sugar, but mine did leave a gritty residue in my mouth after consumption. I'm sure if I kept eating daily, I may have seen a difference in growth, but sadly could not commit.
