We believe that having a direct relationship with farmers in Mexico, Sumatra, Yunnan, and Colombia allows us to have the greatest impact possible. Origin: Gayo Highlands, Central Aceh, Northern Sumatra Processing: Giling Basah (wet-hulled), sun-dried Characteristics: Full, clean bodied coffee with a light acidity. Sweet with chocolate and slightly fruity notes. Uniform and balanced; smooth, velvety finish.
