TriggerPoint GRID X Extra Firm Foam Roller, 13-Inch

I had been experiencing lower back pain but thanks to foam rolling using TriggerPoint Grid X foam roller, the problem is much better now. The high density material makes it really effective to get to your knots and really work on them. I would highly recommend it. I am writing this review as part of a competition.

What can I say about the TriggerPoint GRID X Foam Roller? Soft but firm, portable sized, extremely effective, versatile, I could go on. Basically, if you're looking for an at home solution to all your post-workout muscle relaxing needs, or if you just like to voluntarily put yourself through some good old fashioned pain testing, then your search has ended here. I've starting using these after leg day and now I don't wake up feeling like someone ran over my lower body with a tractor. I'm no psychological expert, but I'm pretty sure using this foam roller regularly is directly linked to higher levels of happiness and satisfaction. And at that opening price point, this is a perfect holiday gift for yourself, a friend, or family. I wrote this unbiased review as part of a contest.

From all the foam rollers I've tried, this is great at getting your knots out while giving you a good stretch. The additional firmness provides extra pressure, rolls smoothly and the grooves don't hurt! More expensive than I'd like but it does the job. Wish there was a full length version! After having knee surgery this past October I have been having to deal with tight muscles all over my body. Being less mobile than I used to has caused my shoulder, back, and legs to tense up a bunch. I have been looking for ulterior methods to traditional stretching and I stumbled upon foam rolling. Foam rolling has made a world of difference and I truly think this roller the best of the bunch. I tried every different kind of foam roller and I realized that I needed a very durable roller with a three dimensional surface. The reason the three dimensional surface is so nice is because it feels like a massage. If you are very active and are looking for a really efficient way to improve your muscle recovery while also just feeling better I highly encourage you to checkout the Triggerpoint GRID X. This foam roller is great for people of all fitness abilities! So many people underestimate the importance of foam rolling and active recovery, and the TriggerPoint Grid X Foam Roller is amazing. It is small enough to be portable and not take up too much room at home or in a gym bag, and the grid pattern is awesome for getting all my knots out. I can't recommend this product enough!
