The anti slip on the shoe is on point, the heel is adequate too. However, to me they seem to run a little to tight. I got them off the box and took them out for a concert, I got a few blisters. Do brake them in fist. Well made.

Good for work and standing but my toes go numb if I am not in constant movement.

Very comfortable shoe. I am a flight attendant that walks great distances and over different terrain for up to 12 hrs a day. They slip on and off easily for TSA security yet stay on my feet when walking the concourse. I bought a pair last year and I always get compliments. I'm ordering another pair today as a back up. The heel is a great height. Retro without looking like grandma shoes

They have a great height which is amazing for a short girl like me. I was amazed at how comfortable this shoe is with this high of a heel. I normally wear a 6 and a half and these were very true to size. I would say if you have a wide foot these may not be best as the front is a little narrow for the average foot. The quality is amazing, the leather is beautiful and i can tell they'll last for a long time. Recommend to anyone who needs to wear a heel for a long period of time!!
