Would give them zero stars. I never received the order. Was told it was lost in transit when I asked if they could just ship a new one they said they can't only refund and I'd have to order it again. So I took my money to another store.

i love how fast it relays information to my xbox making it am amazing gaming controller would highly recommend for all gamers also has no stick drift making it last nearly forever

This controller is awesome, great for both pc and Xbox. I love the feature the controller has with the different accounts, I find this useful with the back buttons being used on different buttons with different games you can easy switch to the preset and without having to re-pair the back buttons every time you switch games. The overall feel of the controller is legendary with mouse click XYAB buttons, zero friction and Hall Effects controls, and the design/size is a little different than the standard Xbox controller but still feels great . The best part is the affordable price! Thanks so much for this awesome controller and 1 month free game pass code!

the cord. the second most important part of this design is CRAP. You cannot replace this cord with just ANY usb c cord because they designed it to accept ONLY THEIR CORD. And guess what? My cord lasted less than a week. i should have listened to the review i read that said EXACTLY THIS. I didnt bother trying to get a replacement because thats an entirely different ordeal. i guess ill contact them for a refund, but doubt that will happen. maybe if i get my credit card company involved. we'll see.
