This Neutrogena stuff is exactly what they named this product because of its very gentle yet highly recommended ingredients for the skin after cleansing makeup products off. This is definitely a we'll loved goodie in my cosmetics cabinet. It doesn't strip your skin at all it just basically helps breakdown stubborn makeup products for a clean and fresh face. It is really good at removing all kinds of makeup products after full day wear of makeup and it's sold at a lot of places so an extra plus for it being accessible easily and I think it's an affordable option if your into double cleansing after wearing makeup or if you just wanna try it out I'd say do it.
I used the Neutrogena Gentle Oil-Free cleanser as part of my morning skincare routine before applying makeup. I really liked how soft and clean my skin felt afterward—no irritation, and it removed impurities without stripping moisture. It's especially great for sensitive skin and has a refreshing feel. However, I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the slight oil-like residue it leaves behind. While it's labeled oil-free, the finish doesn't allow makeup to set properly if applied immediately after use. I noticed my foundation would slide or separate unless I waited a while before applying. If you're in a rush, this could be frustrating. I'd still recommend it for anyone looking for a gentle cleanser, especially if you're not applying makeup right away. I wish I'd known about the leftover residue beforehand so I could plan my routine better.
It's gentle on sensitive skin without stinging or burning. it leaves our skin feeling moisturized without any greasiness. It's true to the title as it's very gentle, yet powerful and effectively cleanses my skin and even easily removes waterproof makeup. It's super gentle, never stings, never causes irritation, and best of all, it doesn't leave my eyes blurry like some other removers do. Initially, I bought this product on a whim, wanting to try something new and it was the best decision I made. Constantly struggling to find a make up remover that would take off everything without the constant rubbing and repeated face washing. This one completely took off all of my waterproof mascara and make up and at a good price point. You really can't beat it. If you're wondering if this make up remover is worth the buy I'm here to be your sign. Buy it!
I will never buy another neutrogena product agaIN after purchasing the eye makeup remover. There is no seal at all on it or under the cap so not sure what is in it. Any person can open it and fill it with acid or anything and us unsuspecting customers can have life long injuries. This is just not acceptable for a huge company like Kenvue or soon to be Kimberly clark. Buyers need to be very aware.....
