I regret choosing this phone. I had the S7 edge for many years and loved it. So much that I bought a 2nd one. When I needed to upgrade I selected the 20 FE and regret it. The glass cracked on all 4 edges simply by setting down the phone. I did not drop it! So now it's not even a month old and I have cracks. I did buy a case protector but the glass is still not protected.. It also does not have a message indicator light notifying when you have a message. I have to wake up the phone to see if I have any messages.

I had high hopes for this phone. I had a S7 and loved it until it died. I've had nothing but trouble with the text messaging and it's gotten worse with every update. Photos don't go through without restarting the phone at times, and even texts are sometimes failed. I would not recommend this phone. It looks nice and takes great photos like the usual s series but it's definitely not the regular. I wish I would've just spent the extra money on the S20 or gotten a Google phone.

I've had the phone about a week and it is a very good phone with a few things I don't like. You have to hold two buttons to power off and it's a real pain to do with one hand. Previous phone was LG V30 - one button was all that was needed. Also when I swipe the main screen to right I get Samsung TV. I don't watch it and there is no way to disable it, very annoying. Strongly recommend a good case such as Otterbox because it will not hold up well if dropped. As far as functionality it is a very good to excellent phone.

I've had my phone 1 year. I put a bumper case on it, and have dropped it several times and no problems with the glass. Never had issues with the touchscreen either. The phone is amazing, especially for the price! Photos are great as well and it still received regular updates. Highly recommend.

I bought my s20FE a few months ago and it was a worthy decision! Camera is amazing, and is on the same level as other flagships. Battery life, as a heavy power user, lasts me with over 30% by the end of the day. And handles my apps and multitasking needs without slow downs or fails. This phone is definitely an incredible deal for a budget phone price! Bonus: the in-screen fingerprint scanner is a game changer and incredibly helpful, especially during these times when face ID is unusable due to face masks
