I would not recommend this bike if you do not know how to fix them. I got this bike mostly for the frame style. I was prepared to make alterations. But this was crazy. If you are not a bike expert, don't buy this bike. I have had it a week and I am still trying to get everything to work right. (I am very good with bikes), The brakes needed removed and grease added, the front wheel is not true and both front and back wheels were so tight they would barely turn. The front fender support had to be taken off and re-bent around the curved part because one side was longer than the other. The front goose neck(handle bar stem) was also so tight you could hardly turn the wheel. The brake hand grips would not release properly which meant the brake pad stayed against the wheel. I have already changed out the brake hand grips, the handle bars and stem, and the seat which is hard as a rock. You wont ride far on that. Tomorrow I am changing out both wheels. That should do it. I will bet my ride will be much easier now without the wheels dragging and the brakes staying on! I guess you get what you pay for. Now, I love my bike!!!

Arrived in timely manner to local store. Assembly was fairly easy for reasonably competent person. a few minor nicks in the enamel. biggest issue was front wheel was not true. wobbled in forks causing intermittent drag with brakes and brakes were difficult to adjust properly because of the drag. wheel had to be straightened at local bike shop. Still a good price considering. recommend if you are not reasonably handy, pay for the assembly.

Love my new bike. Assembly was a little challenging getting the front wheel on. Had to bend the chrome bars to align the fender. Everything else went smoothly. Wish I had ordered a bell. Gears are very smooth. It would also be nice if there was a quick release on the front wheel to help with transporting. I have to keep a 15 mm wrench handy. I do love my new yellow schwinn!

I am pleased with my new bike! They put it together for me also ! It's exactly what I was looking for !

It's a good bike for Young and old. The step to frame makes it easy to get on. The upright position makes it comfortable to ride. And the seven years and allows you to adjust for hills The bike was easy to assemble and did not take much adjustment to get it running properly Make sure you have a tire pump because the tires are not fully inflated when you get them
