You site ( Walmart.com ) said this phone would work in my zip code and when I received it and tried to activate it Tracfone said it would not work in my zip code, I was very upset cause I was so happy to get a touch screen, but no I had to return it and get a phone I don't even like cause the buttons are to small. I am not happy at all

I am still in the leaning faze and have not had the chance to use alot of the features yet. The one thing I have noticed is that the response time in slide down is not as responsive as I think it should be. Could be there is a feature that would make it slide easier, but I have yet to come across it, if there is one. So far that is my only issue.

I bought this phone for my daughter and she loves it. Excellent reception, easy to use, has a couple games on it, camera is acceptable and it is easy to load $. As long as the person you're giving it to is responsible with the minutes, I highly recommend it.

Upon receiving the phone,I contacted customer service to swap-over my phone number,existing minutes,and time from my previous tracefone.That took three phone calls and almost two hours to accomplish(after getting a supervisor involved).Then the phone had voicemail problems.That required another four phone calls and nearly three hours to remedy.I never had such lousy and exhausting experience in life.The phone itself is what I expected....a definite step up from my old flip phone.

May have been a great phone if I could have gotten to use it. Spent two days on phone with TracFone trying to get it turned on before they decided it wouldn't work in our area even though it was listed for our area. TracFone did replace it with a cheaper model and only double minutes. Also purchased 2 year service agreement. Which is probably no good now that the phone has been changed.
