First time using this product, really impressed with the results.

I've been taking this supplement for about 3-4 years and I think I feel an improvement in the areas of thought and energy. Of course this is in combination with a healthy diet, exercise and rest. I do not take any supplements without a consulting with my health practitioner, who is an experienced and educated iridologist adept in nutrition.

So many uses and indeed a master supplement in one's functional medicine arsenal. This is one of my staples. The only caveat is take breaks because it may tend to act like a hormone (think Melatonin) and if not mistaken affect the thyroid-although not necessarily negatively. #sweepstakes
