Maybelline Expert Wear Eye Shadow Singles

So I'm not the only one grieving the loss of Earthly Taupe... I have tried all other similar colors from your products, and they don't make the cut at all. Too pink, too sparkly, too white. I also have used the powder highlighter from the Brow Drama Pro Palette soft brown and liked that, but I don't want to keep buying the whole palette just for the highlighter, and I can't find the highlighter sold alone. That has a nice, natural, not harsh look to it, like Earthly Taupe did, which is what I liked about both. Please give us some more natural looking options, or bring back Earthly Taupe or sell the highlighter separately!

It's the only matte shade I have ever found that I can use. I do not use anything but matte and this color was perfect for older women. I will look at all other companies to see if I can find anything comprable as none of Maybellines in any form works for me now.

Cannot believe you have discontinued Earthly Taupe. As someone in their early 60's, I cannot stand all the shiny/glittery eye shadows, and Earthly Taupe was the perfect color. Apparently, I am not the only one missing it. I use almost all Maybelline products. May have to think about switching to another brand all the way around. Thanks for the disappointment, Maybelline.

I have been using Silken Taupe for probably 20 years...and now it's discontinued!!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot believe this! Silken Taupe is a classic color that goes with EVERYTHING! Trying to keep up with the trends does not mean you have to get rid of the old favorites. Please bring it back! You messed up big time, Maybelline. The actual shadow's quality is not that great anyway...but the COLOR! Tastefully Taupe does not compare....it's too dark and muddy. My beautiful Silken is lighter, more lilacy silvery taupey goodness! So sad...

After reading other reviews, I am glad to hear that I am not the only one who cannot find the original Earthly Taupe. Very disappointing! I have used this for a long time. It looks like you are losing customers because you did not produce anything that remotely is similar to this product.
