The pen is fine but I wish they would make it in a fat pencil I could sharpen for a straight line under the eye.

I have had the same problems as others. Hard to apply because product is too stiff or thick and it falls out of applicator. It doesn't stay pointed and sharpening ruins product even more! I wish it was liquid with a brush or sponge tip applicator. Years ago, I had a product like this and it stayed on until I washed it off. I'm considering removing it from the tube and melting it down to try and use a brush.

I bought 2 of these a week ago and LOVE them. I have RA which makes it hard to use my hand for fine details like putting on eye make-up, but using the smooth crayon was easy! I wish they made a few more matte colors, but I rate these as 5 stars! I live in Florida they can withstand August heat and still look great!

I've never really worn eye makeup much because it always seems to melt off my face before I get out the door, but this really stays! I find it very easy to use too: I just draw it all over my lid and blend the edges before it sets (it does set quickly) and I get a subtle smokey look that I love. I've been using the creamy chocolate everyday and now thinking about trying out all the other colors.
