Nyc new york color waterproof eyeliner pencil, 934a smoky plum, 0.036 oz

I love everything about this color and how it glides but the end of the pencil got stuck in the cap and now I cannot cap the make up closed to keep it fresh. I only had it like two weeks! I cannot find an address to even talk to customer service on their own website!

This eyeliner is perfect with brown eyes. Stays on forever, smooth consistent line, no smudge. I LOVE it. Hate that Walmart no longer carries in the store, but worth the wait to order online. FAST delivery, easy to order.

It's nice and easy to glide around eyes but it's not waterproof cause in a few hours, it spills around the eyes.
