New york color proof 24 hr 936a sky high waterproof eyeliner pencil, 0.042 oz

This liner isn't liquid, but goes on creamy and vibrant. I wore it New Year's Eve and it certainly lasted. It did fall a little bit, but didn't fade, so it took very minimal maintenance and no reapplication. I tested NYC New York Color for free, but all opinions are my own.

I was blown away by the performance of NYC New York Color City Proof 24HR Waterproof Eyeliner! It glides on effortlessly and the rich brown color is perfect for my eyes and skin tone. I used NYC 24HR Waterproof Eyeliner for my friend's marathon wedding. We started at 8 a.m. with getting ready (make up application). After breakfast, hair styling, running around with last minute details, getting dressed and pictures, my eyeliner looked perfect. Even after the ceremony and reception (which end around 1 a.m.) it still looked freshly put on. I will not be buying any other kind of eyeliner in the future - this proved to me that it would stay put through heat, dancing, tears and partying. What more can a girl ask for?? If you like eyeliner that stays put, looks amazing and is easy to apply, then you've found it!!

I never thought I would go back to pencil again. I use to have to make the pencil soft with a lighter, so I switched over to the twist eyeliner. NOW I AM BACK TO PENCIL!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH NYC FOR MAKING AN EASY SOFT EYELINER PENCIL. OMG I love it!!!!!!

i received the eyeliner & had high hopes. i usually buy a brand i wont mention that runs like its in a marathon... but i used this eyeliner & it is the best 1 by far. this product was free from influenster for testing purposes but the opinion is honest & my own
