e.l.f. HD Mattifying Balm, Clear

Not sure how mattifying it truly is because I didn't notice much of a difference. It is how very soft and almost appears to blur a bit. I wore it plain so have no experience with it over make up. Overall it's alright and my pores were a tad less noticeable.

This arrived today, and I can see the difference at the end of the day. A product that works! I've developed very oily skin after cancer treatment. It keeps wrinkles away, but it's a nightmare. Even blotting paper doesn't do much. But I went all day without touching up my make up or having to wash my face again. Great value too. I'd recommend this to anyone

I'm super oily. This product controls the oil production for about 3.6 hours only. however it does not mattify the skin(still shiny but no oil) (not for touch up). Good as a primer with powder foundation but not with liquid or cream. sponge is useless, and when you use it, the product looses its purpose. best applied with fingers. It does not minimize the pores unlike other mattifying products. I guess the name should be change to oil control balm. it's the only thing it does.

This does exactly what it says it will. As soon as I got it I wanted to test it out and I put it on my face (I was a bit oily) and it completely mattified any trace of oiliness. it made my pores disappear and it doesn't feel heavy at all. I think this product is a great one, my only complaint is that I wish it had more, I will definitely but again

This was an experiment for me so I wasn't too broken up when it didn't work the way I expected it to. I felt the format and texture was a bit off-putting as it felt a bit like smearing something greasy on, although it did set dry. If it worked for me I could have gotten past that, but it didn't really seem to make much difference on my skin. I will stick with powder for now ^_^
