This quickly became our little girl's favorite blanket. She loves rubbing the silky edges in her hand. It helps her calm down when she is fussy. It is perfect for winter as it is quite warm. It's really soft, too. Our toddler has nicknamed it the "toasty blanky!" We also liked that it had a pattern even though it was a solid color. The pattern keeps our baby entertained when we use it as a car seat cover! I tried to get a decent picture of it. One side has more of a pattern than the other. The only thing we were worried about was staining with the white color, but so far no issues. We even spilled sweet potato baby food on it. It came right out in the wash, so I'm satisfied! This Gerber Plush blanket is a solid choice for use with toddlers. After receiving this product from Stellar Product Testing, I immediately put it to use with my child. One of the first impressions that I had is how soft this plush blanket is; even after washing numerous times, it is still as soft as it was new! I also like the silky feel that the outside padding has. I primarily used it in my child's crib for nap time, although it was also used in the wintertime while traveling in a car seat. I was given this children's plush blanket to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. It arrived perfectly packaged and wrapped in a coordinating bow. The presentation was perfect. I unwrapped it and promptly washed it in my top loader. Then like all of my other laundry, I dried it on low heat in my dryer. It came out of the experience unscathed. It was still buttery soft. I then handed it over to my 11 month old daughter. She played peek a boo, rubbed her face in it, and then got distracted because she's 11 months old. Over the last few days she keeps coming back to it to lay on and rub in her face some more. I have a feeling it will quickly become a favorite. I wish I had this blanket when she was a newborn. The white color with a subtle herringbone pattern would make a stunning backdrop to newborn photos or milestone pictures. It is so plush and looks luxurious. It's style and design is perfect for today's trending minimalistic style. I would highly recommend this blanket.

I would not be intrigued with anything that has 1-ply in the description. I don't even use that on my tush! But HOLD UP! This blanket is SOFT, CUDDLY, and thin enough to feel SAFE when my baby is LOVING on it and in it and everything with it. This is our go-to blanket as it is looking and feeling LUXE with the satin trim and herringbone design, but with this price tag I am not worried to let life happen while using it. My baby is playing on it, cuddling in it, keeping her cozy while in the car seat on a chilly day, and I'm excited for the day when she's old enough for a blanket in her crib because she will WANT this to be with her. With all the love and life this blanket has been receiving, it has received its fair amount of washes too, and I'm pleased to say it has been holding up! No piling and no surprises. I received this blanket through theStellar Testing panel. Overall I loved it. It was good sized but not too large. I used it mostly as the car seat blanket when going out. It was cozy, warm but not too heavy. I thought it may get dirty quickly or show dirt quick but it didn't. It quickly became my daughters favorite. It was a great nap blanket too. The bonus was that it was simple, clean look.
