I am a long time die hard supporter of Glide Dental Floss for decades. The recent changes you have made to your dental floss are terrible. It shreds and leaves string hung between my teeth. You have successfully killed your own brand. There is no reason for me to ever buy this product again. I'm sure I am not the only one who has noticed. Good luck getting your base back.

This was my family's go-to floss for years, and even my young child tolerated it because it was unflavored and comfortable to use. We bought these in 6-packs This last batch is now labeled "healthy gums" instead of "pro health" and it's unusable. Nothing gets out from under our gums. It's really uncomfortable to slide in and out from between our teeth. It's honestly a completely different and ineffective product. I wasted a lot of money buying this last 6- pack because we need to throw it all away.

Very disappointed with the new micro textured glide floss. I have been using glide for as long as I can remember because it was smooth and sturdy. In my experience this new version is very sticky (doesn't "glide"). I have to open the dispenser to get the floss out and it easily shreds. I bought a pack of "essential floss" and it doesn't seem to have these issues. I doubt I'll buy the micro textured glide again.

Oral B has completely changed what Glide floss used to be, which was high quality and the best functioning floss. Now, the floss is cheap plastic feeling and is very unsatisfying. Why market this floss under the Glide name? So disappointing!

The last two packages of Oral B Glide floss that I have purchased have been very difficult and indeed nearly impossible to pull the floss off the spool. I was able to get the first package to dispense properly by reversing the spool. I have just opened the second package and have run into the same problem only worse. I have not yet been able to get the spool off of its plastic holster (for fear of breaking it). This is a premium priced product. It seems to me that it is not unreasonable to expect that the dispenser work properly.
