Pros: none Cons: foams too much, burning feeling, triggers canker sores The new formula is completely different from the old, so much so that they really shouldn't be allowed to market this as the same product. I've used Biotene for years without a single problem up until they changed it. I've had at least one and sometimes two or three painful canker sores in my mouth ever since.

Great tooth paste compared to other brands. It would help to use the same product in mouth wash. You can't go wrong and it will especially help anyone who has "dry mouth".
