I love the flavor. While it does not put me to sleep right away, it does really relax and calm me. So i like it for that reason alone compared to other sleep aid teas I've tried.

Sold in a 3 pk, of 20 tea bags each, seemed a good deal to buy a good brand of teas. Thanks Walmart!
