Pillsbury Hot Roll Specialty Mix, 16 oz Box

Part of a Christmas morning tradition for over many years. Daughters, son in laws , grandchildren and parents open gifts and make dough balls with this mix. Best ever. Hard to find. Thank you

I bake homemade bread ALOT, and out of curiosity decided to try this. What a nightmare! No matter how much flour I added, it remained horribly sticky and awful to work with. I felt they tasted WAY too yeasty, a small packet of yeast would have been sufficient. Also, I never use BLEACHED FLOUR!! I shall continue to make my own.....much easier, healthier, and delicious!!

These are my families favorite rolls. The dough is very versatile, it can be used as pizza dough, cinnamon rolls or dinner rolls. I make them as dinner rolls and brush butter on them as they come out of the over. Yum

The hot roll mix was awful, the yeast is weak the dough did not rise, I threw it in the garbage, one hour of waiting for the first batch to rise it never happened, what a waste.

Have used this product for years and love it because of the many things I can make with it. I was happy I could find it at my local Walmart until about a month ago when they no longer had it in the store. I found that I could order from them online so I ordered 12 boxes which I plan to use during the holidays. I think more people would use it if they knew how versatile it is. Makes delicious rolls, cinnamon buns, pizza crust, and orange rolls. Hope Walmart will add it back in their stores.
