As someone who grew up in the Midwest, Wisconsin cheese was the standard. After moving west I found that to be true and was hard to find a cheese I could enjoy as much as I did but Tillamook Monty Jack fits the bill. Now if only I could find a Muenster and Brick variety...

Nice mellow jack with a slight sweetness that's perfect for snacking or when you want something melty but don't want cheese to be the main flavor. Tillamook is our go-to brand for cooking. Prefer higher-end cheeses for snacking.

Smooth and good . I thought I just did this review but I think I accidentally did my review for this on another cheese . Oops . I'll have to go back and fix it . This is a mild cheese, not too soft not too hard or dry either . Is great for burritos

This is really great in certain dishes like white spinach enchiladas, ontop of stuffed peppers or mushrooms and a great topper shredded to chili's, taco soup and regular ol' tacos. So pretty much any kind of Mexican or Spanish food gets this cheese shredded on top at my house haha.
