The phone does not allow you to screenshot with the volume and power buttons. Ridiculous

I had to get this phone when the screen of my other phone died and the insurance if been paying towards wouldn't help me with a new phone. This was the "best deal" to get me a phone fast. Outs so slick you can't hold on to it, and it falls out of pockets easily when sitting because of that. It was dropped in the first day, and happened again in the first week. Screen didn't even last a fall on the carpet. Three weeks in and it looks like the phone has been thrown againsta wall. The set up of the phone is not as user friendly as the Motorola, and the predictive text changes correct words to things I would never say. I have yet to find a place to change that our delete them.

Ran into a few glitches with notifications and ringtones. For some reason, it was very difficult to get the default sounds to recognise the apps I downloaded. I had to set it up in the messaging app as well as the sound settings and still, it kept on going back to a defaults.I had to reboot phone and remove/reinstall apps several times for it to work. That and the face recognition needs work and the pull down is a bit glitchy.

I have had the phone for about a month and I'm not too impressed. Phone freezes at times while attempting to make a call.

I bought 3 of the LG 8ThinQ phones a month ago to replace 3 14 month old LG V30 phones that were very glitchy. This new phone is better but still have anoying issues like it won't ding for every text or ring for every call. The screen goes dark trying to navigate a phone menu on a call, or sometimes the call will just drop, won't dial a number, runs very slow at times, things like that. These things happen to 3 separate phones, in different areas so its not the Verizon service provider. On the other hand, we have had Samsung Galaxy 7, 8 phones and they were glitchy too, not reconnecting to WiFi when we come come once in a while for example. So not sure if there is any phone that doesn't have several glitchy issues. So thats why I gave this phone at least 3 Stars.
