TM5529 Features: The sweat pad attaches to the headband in the area of the user's forehead It helps absorb perspiration and adds to the overall comfort of the user This shroud is designed for welding applications or where high heat or sparks are expected It drapes over the worker for safety purposes It is zipped onto the inner part of the 3M Leather Welding Shroud L-127 It can be zipped out for washing This heavy duty shroud is intended for use in welding applications or where high heat or sparks are expected. It drapes over the worker for safety purposes It is a general purpose faceshield which should not, by itself, be used for welding applications It attaches to the headgear using a positioning cam mechanism It can easily be removed and replaced with a new lens when damaged The cover fits over the lens and protects it from scratching or overspray of paint and chemicals Up to five covers can be attached, one on top of the other The latch kit makes it easy to remove and replace the wide view lens This cam allows the faceshield to be positioned as desired The faceshield pivots when raised, lowered and repositioned It attaches to the headgear with a positioning cam that is secured by a spring-loaded knob on each side of the headgear Switching time is less than 40 microseconds Specifications: Auto shutoff is after 20 minutes without switching Assembly Instructions: It holds the head pad securely and is attached to the headband which is part of the 3M Head Suspension Assembly L-113 This lens is part of the 3M Wide-view Faceshield Assembly L-130
