Just leaks out the ends and is a mess. Not worth it.
I send out 120 neighborhood directories every year and I thought this applicator with the wide tip would be perfect to use for that but after the first successful use of it, it kind of dried up and wouldn't come out any more.

To operate the sponge you have to remove a plastic seal and replace it EVERY time you use it. Even then the sponge may dry out. 3M refunded mine.
Really liked this adhesive like the fact that it has a regular a nd a tiny applicator tip for small area. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
