It provides a lot of energy throughout the day, even when you should be tired, your not.
I used to like this product. Before it was a yellowish powder inside of the capsules. The taste was as it shoud be for ginseng root. The effect on my energy was great. I used to buy this product for a very long time from Swnason... forst time, I think, 7+ years ago I discovered it when it was $1 on promotion... Unfortunately, the last batch was different. The powder whas white. I opened the capsule and the taste was also different; the content was disolving in my mouth. How cand ginseng root powder disolve? The effect on my energy levels was non existant. I upped the dosage; 6 capsules taken all at once... still no effect... I am so sorry, I used to love this product. 3 stars just becouse I hope it will get back on track.
Seems to help with memory and well-being.
