It may be a good product but I ordered it in my last order, March of 2022 and just noticed that the “Best By” date was January of 2022. I am very disappointed!
This product is not as strong as curcumin MD … you may need to double your dosage. It helps me with restless legs and all over body tennis aches. I did have to double up but very reasonably priced.
I don't give 5 stars to supplements. But lie this product.. Feeling better since starting a tumeric regimen. Wish the capsules were smaller
