Ultimate Omega Junior is also great for those of us who are not exactly juniors! It is excellent for those stiff joints in hands, feet, etc. I'm older than a "Junior" and have been taking these for years bc I cannot swallow the larger fish oil capsules for adults...Works Great!
Tried these after a chew gummy...kids prefer these small swallow kind much better.
Both my kids love them! They don't mind taking them at all. Not too big swallow, and the fact that they can even chew them if they want is great too.
The size of the pill was too large for either of my 7 year old children to swallow. Chewing it did not work as the softshell does not dissolve when chewed. I'm left with a whole bottle.
Great taste - easy to swallow. No after taste or burning.
