Nature's Way Alive! Max3 Daily Men’s Multivitamin, 90 Tablets

His complaints are the size of them and the fact that you are supposed to take 3 a day. He only takes one a day because 3 is just excessive so I'm not sure he's getting the full effect. Overall good vitamins though but next time might buy smaller ones.

He avoided multivitamins his whole life due to a sensitive stomach and the nausea vitamins would cause. These multi's are easy on his stomach when taken 2-3 times per day and provides the daily nutrients he needs to stay healthy! Only removed one star because a once a day multi would be more ideal for his lifestyle, but this is still a great daily vitamin.

I always love their ingredients and daily recommended amounts. My only complaint is 3 tablets a day as that feels a lot at one time, but I often split them between my meals
