PowerBar Protein Bar, Vanilla, 20g Protein, 6 Ct

I love these and eat them as part of my exercise and nutrition program regularly. My 6-year old is in one of those phases where she wants to do what daddy does so she asked if she could have some of my bar. I wasn't thinking I needed to but I looked on the wrapper for the ingredients since my daughter has a peanut allergy. And there I saw the dreaded words "contains peanuts". I guess they get the higher protein levels by using peanut flour. So heads up if you have a peanut allergy in your house.

This protein bar is probably my favorite of all the bars.

On a paleo diet and take a PowerBar daily with a Protein shake for breakfast. It works!

Good quick protein fix. I like that they are soft and the flavor is like having delicious. I don't know if they are the healthiest bar on the market or not but they are the only one that works for me and I've tried a lot.
