I have been using these gummies for a month and will definitely continue. The vitamin benefit is amazing but the fact that it's both vitamins and weight loss is a great combination. The Hydroxycut Gummies plus vitamins taste decent for a gummy and don't stick to your teeth. It said to take 3 gummies two times a day, half an hour before eating for weight loss. I did this for the length of the whole bottle and did not notice any weight loss at all but I felt better, probably from all the vitamins that it has. It made me feel better than a multi vitamin that I used to take every day. I would continue to buy this product just for that benefit. All in all, it was good minus the weight loss part.
