Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel Face Moisturizer Lotion with Hyaluronic Acid, 1.7 oz

The product itself is great, but I would just walk into a Walmart and get this one off the shelf instead of having it shipped. I had 2 shipped, and the packaging was beat to pieces and the product didn't have a seal on it. I didn't trust that the product came from a Neutrogena-to-Walmart route verses a third party supplier as everything looked so beat up. I felt it might not have been true Neutrogena or that it might have been open and used already.

Nothing like the product shown in photo on listing. Arrived in beat up, damaged, taped up packaging. Description says 1.7 oz. but container says 50 ml. Definitely not the same as what I've purchased before, not even the same size. The sad thing is, these will probably just be sold again the way they are to another customer.

I didn't realize until I opened my order today that I received a counterfeit product. To clarify, THIS PRODUCT WAS FULFILLED BY WALMART, so it should have been inspected before being shipped to me! The packaging makes it VERY obvious this product is FAKE; I'll be immediately throwing it out and demanding a refund. Most of the packaging is in Hindi(?), so I can't read it. The box was so water damaged it had to be taped shut, literally all the way around the box. It doesn't even look like the product shown on the box!!! The tub itself is the wrong color, size, AND shape; it's not blue glass with a white top... I've used this product for years and know the packaging. The product itself is not only the wrong color, but the wrong consistency, as well. The product looks more like hydro boost water cream (blueish-white), when the gel is supposed to be a very light, translucent blue. This product doesn't smell at all like the hydro boost products, and it has a weirdly separated, chunky consistency. I'm VERY afraid to put this stuff anywhere near my body. I didn't realize that the product was sold by a third party, or I would have ordered it for pickup instead. Now I'm stuck trying to get a refund for this product and I'm not sure the company will take responsibility, so lesson learned, I guess. I won't ever let myself make the mistake of ordering a third party product on their app again. DO BETTER, WALMART!!!

I've been using the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel moisturizer for YEARS and this is not the same formula. I always purchase it from Target or Amazon and this was the first and last time I purchase it from Walmart. The jar was much smaller and the consistency, color and scent was completely different. So disappointing.
