I buy Motrin for my 2 year old. It really helps when she's teething. She seems to be in a lot of pain and she can tend to get a fever. Motrin works great for helping her feel better. What I like about the product is that it tastes good so my daughter will actually swallow it, and I love how it's dye free. I normally try to buy dye free medicine/products where ever I can.
