Opening with fingerprint works 25% of the times. Now, after 8 months of using safe can't be closed, it just doesn't lock. Battery are new. The only way to keep it closed is using the key. Will call cs.

The lock system is broken. How can I get this issue resolved? When we input our code, we get green light but it won't unlock. It has been happening too many times

I'm happy with build quality at this price. I would improve the thumb tray to assist proper position in the dark at 3AM. I would improve the thumb "light blinking" programming process. I read instructions and that process is 50% guessing what the lights want... I thought it was coming with document protectors, but I'm sure I miss understood a photo.

This is my first safe with a combination rather than a key. Had problem when battery was not fully charged. Sentry helped by suggesting a new battery. I would still recommend this to a friend
