i've tried yerba primas other products but this one feels the best for me, it does fill you up like fiber usually does and it does support digestion and the passing of stools. i totally recommend this product as it actually works!! i recommend adding it to orange juice as that masks the taste really well and is easy to drink, also make sure to drink it fast as it absorbs the liquid/ water very quickly and makes the drink thicker. the powder is very fine and great quality, it is easy to scoop and easy to measure! great product overall!!!!

I thought I would not enjoy this as I hated the glugginess of psyllium in water and how fast it solidifies! But this was pleasant to drink (immediately after mixing, no standing). A lot more psyllium than the tablets and is effective for regulating your system.

I have used this product for about a year now and it works well for me. It's a good multi fiber blend of soluble and insoluble fiber. You need both. Many other products are just Psyllium husk which is soluble fiber only. Use it in a shaker and drink immediately.

It's been my go to fiber formula for a while now. I just mix it with water and swallow. The flavor it's not that bad and it does work as it's supposed to. Tip: put some water in the glass first then add the fibers and top with some more water. It's gonna avoid residue at the bottom of the glass.
