I had bought one in May 2010 lasted thru Oct 2011. The Rechargeable batteries died. I could not replace them – That is a problem with the unit. I wish they had made it so the batteries could be replaced. There was nothing wrong with the pump or other parts. It is a good product.

I've used my Interplak Rechargeable Water Jet on all my travels within the USA, and I love it. It's quite portable and the pressure is better than I expected. Recently, though, I took it with me to Europe and, I think, because the outlet was a European outlet, and even though I used my transformer, the mechanism stopped working. My advice would be if you are traveling abroad to be sure you boost the battery before leaving. Carlota

The reservoir is too small to finish the job in one filling. It usually takes me at least two refills to do all four quadrants of my mouth. Pick-up/pump that slides out automatically could be easily broken. It needs some sort of switch, other than just putting on the cap, that lets the pump arm down into the reservoir. Much better price than the other major brand and the features are the same.

This is an okay product for the price. The on/off button is awkward to use and you get squirted in the face if you aren't careful. Good for travel and works just fine. It would help if Walmart sold it in stores too along with replacement picks.

This is a good product for the price. I don't think the force of the water coming through is very strong: however, I do like that it seems to hold just enough water for one cleaning.
