Hammer Tone Standard Series Patio Heater-Finish:Bronze/Silver

I bought this in 2015 and intentionally did not post a review until some time had passed. We used it a few times in the winter of 2015. I loved it. After about 5-6 times it seemed tricky to light. Pilot light would light, then when the main part lit, the whole thing would instantly die out. We read lots of other reviews (not on Walmart) and apparently its a very common problem. Surprised I haven't seen it posted here. Anyway, we watched videos and read troubleshooting guides. We got it fired up again 2 times again in 2016 and now it's kaput. It's been under a covered patio since new, and has been kept clean. It's at the fixit shop now seeing if its even worth salvaging. Disappointing.

Put the patio heater by myself in less than an hour. A few minutes later, I attached the propane tank and the heater fired up on the first click of the igniter. Gives off a wide circle of heat and very easy to roll into position with the attached wheel base. Bronze color is gorgeous, just wish canopy was bronze too.

After some careful research, I undoubtedly bought went with FireSense! Set up was a breeze and I was sitting under warmth in minutes! The heat reflector works great! We use it on our deck for those cool nights and mornings. It's so easy to start, (with my arthritics hands) I am able to go out there and enjoy my coffee in the morning, even if for just a moment.. this heater kicks on some serious heat! This is the real deal and will need some room, so read the specifications carefully.

this was easy to put together even though the bolts were mislabeled. It took longer to take off the protective film on the base and reflector. Was very careful in assembling this and it leans a bit to one side but it's not a big deal. We haven't had a chance to use it yet but very happy with it so far.

The product is great but putting it together was a serious hassle because of the unclear and poorly detailed instructions. The pictures in the manual are blurry and the writing is not concise or easy to follow. Good product but annoying to construct.
