End the Cigarette Habit through Self Hypnosis

The U.S. Surgeon General’s 1964 a report on smoking and its impact upon public health increased many individuals’ awareness of the need to quit smoking. One method used in this effort was hypnosis. Psychologist Leslie M. LeCron considered to be an authority on hypnosis recorded a presentation on self-hypnosis to assist smokers in ending the cigarette habit.
