Milkmakers Lactation Tea - Original Flavor, 14 Count

In my opinion this isnt worth the money. Im huge on lactation products and this isnt something Id buy twice. Ill stick with their other products. Its not very good but thats not why im leaving 2 stars. Lactation teas normally arent good. Im giving two stars because it did nothing for me. I didnt feel added energy, no extra milk, and i didnt feel hydrated.

I received the product in exchange for my honest feedback. I was not a big fan of the taste of this tea but adding honey helped. I do think it helped keep up my supply, but I'm not sure by how much because I was also increasing water intake at the time. I noticed it worked much better if I drank the tea everyday. So the main downside is the cost since you need to drink it everyday, so something to keep in mind. That said, I would buy again if I only needed it for a short amount of time!

This tea tastes very smooth. It contains only seven ingredients, and they are all organic. This is important as a nursing mom. Although it contains fennel, it does not taste like licorice at all, which is a huge plus for this tea over its competitors. I really like this tea!

After trying lactation cookies and another brand of lactation tea, I have found that MilkMakers Lactation Tea is my favorite. First, I love that it's 4X concentrated, so I only have to drink one or two cups a day to see results. Second, I love that I do see results. If I skip a day, I pump less and feel that my baby has to work harder during a feeding. Third, I enjoy the taste. So far I've only tried the original flavor and like the refreshing lemongrass and ginger blend. Finally, love that it's organic, so I know my babe is safe and doesn't have fenugreek, so I don't have to worry about possible side effects. I highly recommend and will be purchasing again!
