We purchased this Generator in June 2016 , after the first use the whole front plate had Vibrated off and we was not able to work. Walmart would not assist and the Company it self took weeks to even responde, noone ever calls back or answers the phone there. the fact that we lost money by not working was of no importants at all. We was send the Part and had to repir it ourselfs. Now not even a year old the Whole thing is falling off again and the Generator is sparking. This is high Season for a Food Truck and we are screwed. Terrible Product , Terrible Costumer Service from Walmart and the MAnufacturer . All around just terrible.

Just got the generator so haven't had to use it in an emergency. We did try out different appliances and an 110 air conditioner, worked great. As far as we can tell everything works. Started on the first try. Shopped around and this was the best deal I found especially for such a powerful generator. I guess my only complaint as of to date would be the instructions could be better.

shipping of this generator to my local Walmart was on time and was loaded in my van by Walmart employees.the battery was defective and was replaced with a Walmart battery the next day. the hour meter is not working,but the generator will start very well

Great price with delivery to your door. Best price I could find anywhere and I researched everywhere. All these are made in China so they are all similar. Generator technology hasn't changed much. I got for back up power when storm or bad weather come and plan to connect through dryer outlet. Pretty basic. Runs fine and power output is good. Voltage on matter is stable as well. If it last me 10 years I'll consider it a fabulous buy as less than 200 hours a year.

Everything so far I've asked this generator to do for my concession trailer needs this generator can do it powers my Ac and runs my water pump and hot water tank and all my amenities without skipping a beat .I use to have to choose which items to power now I can run everything and more. This unit allows me to enjoy the comforts of small business ownership without sacrificing my comfort level on the job.
