Allpower 7000W Diesel Portable Generator with Digital Panel, APG3203

I have owned this generator previously and this one is a replacement. The product is over all very good. They have reconfigured the generator and it is different from the previous one. The new configuration of the handles and wheels makes it balanced much better and easier to move. That being said I was sad that they felt compelled to use plastic hubs on the no flat tires instead of steel hubs and a better no flat tire which was on the previous model. I don't expect the wheels will last that long so I will be replacing them with real wheels soon. I only have two hours of run time on it at this time so we will see how it holds up to some up coming continuous usage.

Shipped promptly, good packaging, good instructions. It came with a battery and oil. I assembled it, put the battery on a trickle charge for a couple days, filled it with oil, and gas and it started right up. It puts out electricity. I have not had the opportunity to use it for its intended purpose but so far good.

Got this for a surprise for my wife at Christmas, and surprised she was. No longer will we have no hot water, shower, frig, or general power to run some lights and house basics during outages. A bit heavy in the crate, but once assembled, it rolls like a dream. Started right up, stabilized idle and ran fine for an hour run-in. It's loud, so you don't want to work too close to it for an excessive amount of time.

Disappointing such a quality piece of equipment has a 30 amp instead of the 50 amp that a generator of this size should have! This size of generator never even crossed my mind that it would even have the 30 amp that with the running watts just don't mess! Machine is outstanding with the one dissapoitment.

Generator seems very well made - solid tires, solid axle, well packed for shipping. Controls are easy (choke control is backwards "off" to start, "on" to run"). Good value. Note Sam's stated an initial delivery date - about 2 weeks out after delivery. They hand it to a 3rd party off-brand shipping company. It took 4 weeks to actually arrive.
