Alvantor Beach Tent Sun Shelter Umbrella Pop Up Portable Canopy

Have been using my beach hut plus at Outer Banks, NC. With the sand bags, it's staying in place and it's been windy. I'm glad I practiced using it before I took it out on the beach so it was easy taking it down and putting away. It works perfect for me as I spend a lot of time on the beach and was looking for something light and easy to use.

I bought this a month ago and I am so happy that I did. Easy to assemble and break down.

We used it for the first time recently and love it! IT was nice to have a covered place to put our stuff and to be able to retreat from the sun!

Amazing! I'm a big and tall Mama and theres plenty of space for me and my toddler and all of our stuff! I can also probably put my medium height beach chair inside and not be hitting the top of the tent with my head (havent tried tho) Can definitely fit two adults and two toddlers if you dont have a ton of stuff. Some of the reviews said it takes two people to fold it up but I did it by myself, reading the directions, with no problem once I figured out how to do the only fold...about ten minutes. I did think it was going to snap but it didn't. I did almost take my toddlers head off when I opened the tent for the first time (testing it out inside) so be careful it really has a spring to it. It does have long strings loosely tied to it, so be careful around kids. The metal spikes dont seem long enough for the beach but the attached sand bag weights plus the extra ones make me think I wont need to worry about using them unless hurricane winds are present. The travel bag also seems like it has a little extra room so you dont need to worry about trying to squeeze it back into the bag perfectly. The material does seem a little flimsy but it has held up against my toddler playing in it in the house with shoes on...even if it only lasts one summer I still think its worth the money. The strap is also long enough to wear comfortably on your shoulder and could also probably be attached to a backpack. I wish the brand name wasnt stamped across the front as a constant advertisement but who cares if your pale as a ghost at the beach not getting burnt with a shady, comfortable, place to keep your kids from being annoying.

1st time using, when folding away the connector piece split in half and broke completely off. The item however is a good shade and good size. However we will have to trash because it cant be folded back up to take home.
