I am 76 years old and this is my first Amana product. I am very pleased with my new microwave. It will not be my last one. It is so simple to operate! I installed it my self even though it is an Over-the-Range Model. The instructions for installation and for operating it were very easy to follow. Keep up the great work!!! I bought a new condo with the new Amanda appliances. I had stainless and never liked it a always had fingerprints. This microwave has no handle which I first thought was strange. I love it! No more fingerprints! No loud reminders if you are in other room yelling that my coffee is ready either! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Our new microwave has worked very well since installation. The only thing that my wife and I don't like is that the exhaust fan comes on when we use the back burners of the range below the microwave.
