No matter how vigorously I tried to stir, the Keto Fiber WOULD NOT breakup and disperse in my cup. It was very lumpy and frankly, disgusting! Wish I had never made the purchase.

The taste is very strong. I mix with water and my collagen powder so I can drink it quickly. I wish the taste was flavored with something to help mask it.

I couldn't get past the taste of this one. Almost plasticy even though it's chock full of good rich nutrients. I tried several liquid bases but the taste hung in there. Just not for me

This stuff was horrible. Absolutely horrible! I don't know why people wrote such positive reviews. I have an “earthy“ taste when it comes to food… And enjoy many foods others do not like. This is absolutely absolutely horrible.

I hardly taste this in my morning shakes and it definitely helps keep me regular without upsetting my stomach. I did a gradual increase as recommended and it works great.
